As a production employee (m/w/d), you are responsible for building small parts precisely and in high quality. The work is done in the 2-shift system with early and late layers, so you can expect a varied working day. With your craftsmanship and fine motor skills, you become part of a team that is particularly close to quality!

• You put small parts together in a conscientious manner and ensure high-quality processing.
• Soldering work can also be your versatile tasks.
• Together with the team, you contribute to efficient and error-free production.
• You align with quality standards and maintain the production processes in a documentary manner.

We are looking for

No long-term professional experience is necessary for this position – your skills and motivation are crucial. However, knowledge of fine assembly and a good feel for small parts are advantageous.

• craftsmanship and a pronounced look for details. Fine motor skills that will help you work.
• The willingness to work in the 2-layer system (spring and late).
• Ideally, first experiences in soldering or fine assembly.
• Teamability and a structured way of working.
