Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: 30-40 hours/week | Mo–Sa | Core working time: 10–18 hours (from 4:00 pm) Admission salary: from 3,200 € gross (full-time) + paid overtime, commission regulation possible after the trial period, as well as numerous employee benefits

Your tasks:

• Personal advice & design development in the showroom
• Design of individual spatial concepts (private & business)
• Selection of furniture, colors, wallpapers, light & equipment
• Creation of Moodboards, Plans & Presentations
• Procurement, order processing & complaints
• Project organization & coordination of local works
• Cooperation with architects, craftsmen and our colour studio
• Care of assortment data & price lists
• Showroom design & customer presentation
• Planning & documentation with digital support

What you should bring:**

• Experiences in the field of interior design
• Design strength, communication joy & organizational talent
• Experience in consulting, planning and customer contact
• Commercial understanding & affinity for high-quality products
• Self-responsible work & safe handling of digital tools (MS 365, Canva, possibly CAD)
• Feeling for colors, materials and spaces
• kindness, style and hands-on mentality

A formal education or study is not a must – Experience & attitude count more!
