Successful university degree in the field of BWL, economics / informatics or mathematics Multiannual experience in the field of accounting-related procedures and the associated financial architecture in the (international) insurance environment; ideal experience in the field of international rollouts Intercultural competence and experience in transition with international teams Management experience as a product manager: in scaled agile processes (including SAFe) or comparable experience as a programme manager:in Ability to focus on complex issues and to look at them as a whole, as well as different stakeholders through communication and counselling: Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
