Leadership of employee talks (F&O, feedback, return to sick status), implementation of disciplinary measures, information on organisational changes and implementation of personnel measures (replacement, qualification and development programmes) Responsibility for personnel and budget accounting, time and capacity planning, budget and cost control as well as predictive material and resource procurement in cooperation with material coordination and work preparation Planning and coordination of works, order assignments, instruction (e.g. work safety) and ensuring internal quality and measurement management Implementation and monitoring of quality, safety and production regulations, documentation of deviations, initiation of process and product improvements, as well as professional guidance of employees Proactive avoidance of errors and prevention of disturbances, development of strategies for the reduction of sick status and delays of appointment, and participation in development and project teams beyond their own cost center

Completed master training (IHK or HWK) (or equivalent training or higher) and possibly relevant additional qualifications (e.g. welding master:in) Skills in these areas of responsibility, pronounced process knowledge, high organizational skills, communication and enforcement skills as well as social competence Self-sponsored and self-sponsored implementation of all tasks, including disciplinary and professional guidance of employees with special qualifications Editing a complex, technically demanding task field that goes beyond the pure specialist craftsmanship (e.g. Dreher:in/Fräser:in) and the care of skilled workers:inside and specialist:inside Decisions are made largely without detailed requirements, in compliance with current directives and with high self-initiative, English skills are desirable
