The Kulturstiftung Schloss Wiepersdorf is looking for an early **

Customy and flushing power (m/w/d) **in full-time or part-time employment

The Kulturstiftung Schloss Wiepersdorf was born on 1. July 2019 founded as a public law foundation. Funding is the Land Brandenburg. The Cultural Foundation is part of the cultural landscape of Brandenburg to strengthen democratic civil society structures through debates, engagement and mediation and pursues solely and directly non-profit purposes. She cultivates art, culture and science through an interdisciplinary and international residence program and awards multi-month residency grants to artists and scientists as well as groups from the cultural and academic fields. She organizes programs for the public and for experts with scholarship holders, guests and partners. At the same time, she recalls the history of the house through exhibitions and programs on the epoch and the attitude of the romance and the German-German history. All scholarship holders and guests are awarded in Schloss Wiepersdorf. In addition, a café is operated at the Orangerie in the Schlosspark on weekends in the summer.

At the closest possible time  we are looking for a kitchen and flushing power with high operational readiness, initiative and team capability. Place of work is in Schloss Wiepersdorf (Landkreis Teltow-Fläming).

Activity:

• buffet construction and care
• Pre- and post-processing
• Eating
• Intake of goods
• Cleaning
• Sinking
• Support in the preparation of three daily meals for up to 30 people in the castle
• as well as coffee shop on weekends by appointment in the orangery in the Schlosspark
• Ready to work in evenings and weekends
• and compliance with standards relating to Quality, hygiene and safety

Your profile:

• Professional experience in gastronomy and/or completed training in gastronomy desirable
• Experience in the areas of shared catering and cafe
• Structured and independent operation
• High flexibility and service readiness
• Service-oriented working style and self-employment
• Friendly appearance and good handling
• Embossed team and communication skills
• at least B1 language level
