The central office is looking for one/one for the information technology division at the work site Potsdam at the next time: Expert/Expert for our IT Quality Management (w/m/d) (Besoldungsgruppe A 11 BBesO / Lohngruppe 11 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEIT1150, Stellen‐ID 1338583) The employment is first terminated until 1 July 2027. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. With the management and continuous optimization of the IT infrastructure, we ensure secure and smooth digital processes in the Information Technology business unit. As a modern IT unit, we advise on all content, process and economic issues. We continuously develop the BImA’s “digital nervous system”. We need you for that! Take us BImA! The employment is first terminated until 1 July 2027 following the public service collective agreement (TVöD Bund) in the remuneration group 11. Depending on the applicant's situation, an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros may be considered monthly.

Your tasks at a glance: Strategic control and further development of the continuous improvement process (CDP): You are responsible for the planning, monitoring and optimization of this process and for the cross-departmental quality management. You develop guidelines and innovative methods to improve quality in a sustainable manner. Definition and maintenance of quality standards: You set key figures, update them regularly and ensure a transparent measurement of the quality level. Quality Controlling: You collect, analyze and report relevant key figures to monitor the current quality status and to initiate targeted improvement measures. Action planning and implementation: You develop, plan and control initiatives to continuously improve quality in order to make our processes more efficient and customer-oriented. Documentation and reporting: You create and advise comprehensive quality documentation and reports that serve as the basis for strategic decisions. Process development: You develop innovative quality management processes and implement them successfully into everyday work. Knowledge Management: You contribute significantly to the development of our knowledge management and accompany the further development of our information platforms. We work flexibly and mobile. Occasionally, however, service travel may be required. These trips are usually planned in time to ensure a good reconciliation of family and profession.

Education: You have completed university studies (Bachelor or Fachhochschulen) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics/Financial Mathematics or a comparable qualification. Know-how: You have profound knowledge in building and managing a holistic quality management within a continuous improvement process, preferably in the IT environment. You have a well-founded knowledge in one of the common methods of quality management (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001 series, Six Sigma, EFQM model). You have knowledge of the application of the continuous improvement process according to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). You have knowledge of risk management methods and risk analysis.
