Buyer / Dispatcher in the food sector (m/f/d)

Purchasing & Disposition: You ensure the availability of raw materials and articles for production and trade – reliable, economical and predictive. Assortment & Costing: You're puggling product master data, calculates cover contributions and develops product ranges on a market-oriented basis. Operational procurement: You purchase raw materials, production articles and technical components – focusing on quality, price and delivery security. Improving processes: You are pragmatically opting for purchasing and disposition processes and actively introducing digital tools or smart solutions. Cooperation & Interface: You work closely with product management, production and management and bring your own ideas. Configuring instead of managing: You take part in day-to-day business, take responsibility and drive improvements actively.

Professional experience: experience in surgical purchasing, in disposition or material management – ideally in the food industry. Experience with purchasing systems, MRP software or digital tools is a plus. Hands-on: You think pragmatic, work close to the daily business and look for practical solutions instead of perfection. Design will: You want to not only manage processes, but make them more efficient, robust and smarter. Strong communication: You convince in exchange with suppliers, teams and management – clear, binding and at eye level. Open & ready to learn: New procurement fields (e.g. technology, machines, services) are also available. Qualification: completed commercial training, e.g. in large and foreign trade or comparable. Language: Very good to native German knowledge.
