Own-responsible organisation and execution of the breakfast buffet (including Mise en place, production and presentation) Preparation and presentation of menus, buffets and coffee breaks for conferences & groups under the guidance of the kitchen management Responsibility for goods acceptance, storage and quality assurance according to internal standards Consistent compliance and control of all hygiene and quality guidelines (HACCP)

Complete training as a cook (all genders) or well-founded practical experience in the kitchen Experience in the independent planning of buffets or events is a plus Structured, independent operation Loadability and reliability also in labor-intensive service times Very good German knowledge and good English skills ready for early service (approx. 5:00–13:30), weekend and holiday work
