Technologiescout: Identification of new product ideas and trends Market analysis and benchmark: analysis and assessment of market position and product portfolio as well as consideration of new potential markets and new target groups Strategy development: Creating strategies for the positioning and marketing of electronic products and digital services / IoT Cross-departmental cooperation: Close cooperation with sales, marketing and product development to ensure that system architectures and configurators meet the requirements Product development: creation of requirements profiles, design and development of new electronic products and improvement of existing product families Product life cycle: updates of switching devices and the associated digital services, introduction of product variants or models, adaptation of pricing strategies as well as planning and execution of product output Training and training: Planning and implementation of training and webinars for specialist personnel Creation of documents: production of request profiles and sales information as well as support in the creation of EBAs as well as release documents Individual solutions: Support in the planning and implementation of special facilities

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable course of study or training in the field of mechatronics/electrotechnical engineering Prior knowledge of the technical regulations (e.g. DIN, VDE, VdS) are advantageous Multiannual professional experience in the development of switching devices and software architectures Experience in the development and verification of mechanical components with electrotechnical function Proactive, independent and structured operation and effective time management Communication skills and joy in team work German and English skills
