Internship in the field of Service / Operations Job ID 77621 | Location Heidenheim | Start now | for the duration of at least 3 months Your tasks In the field of Service Operations, you start and digitize assembly protocols (eForms) for global use, take over the tracking and evaluation of KPIs and submit our training catalog as well as the qualification matrix. In the Field Service, you are responsible for the transfer and maintenance of operating instructions (Word to Quentic) in the Marine & Rail area. You also adjust qualification levels and participate in the creation of flat-rate price lists for FS applications. In the Demand Planning area, you prepare the demand planning and transfer data from Excel to our SAP system. You're puggling and developing the Demand Planning Dashboard, and you'll start monthly evaluations as well as reports. In the Inventory Management you set up monthly WIP and Backlog evaluations, update Ruleframeworks and take the technical data purification in close coordination with other departments. Your profile You are an immaculate student with a focus on digitalization and are looking for a mandatory internship. We require very good German and good English skills. When handling MS Office, especially Excel, you are safe. Analytical and logical thinking skills, good communication skills as well as an independent and organized way of working characterise you.
