Development and implementation of innovative educational products (continuing and continuing training) in the fields of staff, leadership and training Observing current trends in education, the world of work, leadership and HR as well as transferring new developments in practical, market-relevant training concepts Accompanying participants in the learning process: presence in courses, contact person in questions and ensuring a positive, learning-promoting experience Processing administrative tasks, e.g. creation of contracts and schedules Evaluation and continuous development of educational opportunities to ensure high quality and topicality Acquisition, coordination and professional support of trainers: women, coaches and experts: Active networking with HR and executive communities, participation in relevant specialist events and introduction of new impulses into education work Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. marketing, sales, organisation) to successfully place the offers
