You take care of the main accounting and ensure a smooth running When preparing the annual financial statements, you will work significantly and prepare all necessary documents carefully You reliably maintain and manage investment assets You take care of the sales tax pre-registrations, agree these and clarify tax issues Create and book internal invoices within the group With regular account adjustments, ensure order and transparency and troubleshooting Through meaningful reports and analyses, you provide valuable basis for decision-making for management

You have a completed commercial training with further training to the account holder or a comparable qualification You bring comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, in particular in the main and asset accounting Handling accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel, is easy for you You have knowledge in the creation of sales tax pre-registrations and in dealing with tax issues You have a pronounced analytical ability and a structured way of working Also in challenging phases, you keep an overview and work responsibly With flexibility and organizational talent, you can efficiently manage versatile tasks Your communication strength and joy in working with different contacts - from tenants to owners - make you an estimated member of our team
