Project Lead / Manager (m/w/d) – Hamburg

Your tasks independent implementation of highly demanding national and international executive search mandates; The development of creative, targeted search and addressing strategies will be carried out individually in each mandate and will subsequently be responsible for the organisation; identification of managers of the first and second leadership levels and highly qualified specialists through targeted research in the candidate market; Impressive, independent and direct candidate speech and interviews – via telephone, videocall or personally on site; Analysis of CVs and preselection of suitable candidates and the creation of industry-specific market overviews; creation and extension of target company lists, as well as quality-oriented maintenance of our internal databases; high-quality preparation of meaningful documents (project overviews, presentation documents and position profiles) for final candidates in the projects; Close support and proactive taxes of all stakeholders up to project success.

What we care about successfully completed studies of economic, social and human sciences; Insufficient experience in demanding personnel consulting, consulting or private equity; Healthy curiosity and interest in economic relations and, of course, in people.
