In cooperation with leading designers and architects, we create works that radiate elegance, perfection and attention to detail. You can calculate and independently create offers for exclusive carpenter and interior work on international markets, including high-quality furniture, wall and ceiling coverings, doors, stone, glass and leather and fabric coverings You create performance directories, technical requirements and detailed descriptions for international projects, relevant in English You determine quantities and value services You research, pick up offers and evaluate them, also by foreign suppliers and subcontractors in the field of wood and interior construction You create subcontracting budgets for subcontractors as well as hourly and material budgets for their own production and work out contributions for ongoing projects, including the incorporation of budgets into controlling You take into account country-specific standards, materials and approvals and work with international architects:inside, designers:inside, project participants and manufacturing teams

You have a technical training or a similar qualification, e.g. as a carpenter:in, technician:in, or have many years of professional experience or an engineering degree with regard to the construction industry/internal construction You have relevant professional experience in the field of costing extension projects, ideally in high-quality interior design You possess profound knowledge of the current construction processes, materials and execution techniques You know German and English safely in word and writing and are safe to use AutoCad and MS Office You have pronounced analytical skills, cost awareness and a structured way of working as well as team skills, communication strength and a high customer orientation
