Accountant as Consultant (m/f/d)

As a consultant (m/w/d) in accounting, you support our customers at changing locations in implementing projects and operational topics. Depending on your professional experience, you can expect the following tasks: Holistic Accounting: You advise and support our customers in their individual challenges in financial and accounting Financial security: You can play a key role in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB or take over these own-responsibility (identities in IFRS are a plus) Process optimization: You analyze existing structures in accounting, create potentials and develop the processes actively Consolidation & Reporting: Depending on your experience, you accompany the implementation of consolidations in the Group environment Exciting milestones: Whether as a project member or (partial) project manager – you accompany pioneering transformation projects such as the construction of shared service centers, post-Merger integrations or the introduction of modern FiBu software

Funded basis: A successfully completed study of economics (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) and/or a qualification for the (incoming) account holder or a comparable training Professional experience: First or already well-founded practice (depending on level from about 1–2 years) in the main accounting or in the relevant accounting environment Expertise: Very good knowledge in the HGB as well as first experiences or sound knowledge in IFRS are desirable IT-Affinity: Secure handling of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Navision) Consulting-Mindset: You bring the necessary flexibility for the dynamic consulting environment and convince with outstanding communicative and analytical skills Personality: A high level of initiative, a structured way of working and real fun in independent project work Language competence: flowing German and good English skills for successful cooperation with our customers
