Your tasks: • the trusted contact person of the clients of the providers-based outpatient communities • individual implementation of overall plans • the common design of the daily routines - needs-oriented, structured and always with a view to self-determination and strengthening of social and life-scientific competences • active support for appointments, leisure activities and personal goals • the proactive design of assistance offerings, based on the needs and lifestyles of clients • the dedicated participation of our offers - practical, creative and with dialogue in the team

Your strengths: • completed training or study, for example as a curative nursein, social educationin or comparable • Interest in people - they see their strengths, not their weaknesses • empathic beings: They meet all clients with respect, listen, communicate clearly and find the right words in challenging situations • independent, solution-oriented working and co-designing • Class B driving licence • readiness
