You take the preparation (Mise en Place) for the kitchen, including washing, peeling and cutting of ingredients as well as preparing salads and coffee breaks You support the kitchen team in simple dishes, cleanly align plates and help with buffets You ensure that dishes, pots, cutlery as well as work surfaces and kitchen utensils are reliably cleaned and properly left behind You pay attention to hygienic standards and support in professional waste disposal Your working hours are expected to be on Fridays and Saturdays from 17:30 am to 21:30 pm in the two-day model – it is important that you are ready for use in this time.
