Project Manager Gastronomy & Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the organisation and further development of the gastronomic services at Konzerthaus Freiburg & Historisches Kaufhaus. Organization, coordination and supervision of gastronomic services at guest events in the Konzerthaus & Historical department store Control, commissioning, coordination and billing of catering partners and service companies Participation in the development of gastronomic concepts, quality standards and tenders as well as support for contractors Preparation and implementation of gastronomy at internal events Purchasing, provision and withdrawal of small inventory Personnel disposition in representation, creation of operational plans for external service providers General database maintenance and management Representation of the gastronomic project management in Messe Freiburg

Successfully completed commercial training or training in the event, hotel or gastronomy sector Ideally professional experience in the field of event catering Organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working Open and communicative personality with sovereign and friendly appearance High self-initiative, sense of responsibility & teamwork, flexibility and readiness for event-related working hours Embossed service and customer orientation, as well as team and communication skills Good knowledge of English, French is advantageous
