Team Assistant (m/w/d)

You create and manage orders in the system and keep contact with suppliers You agree with colleagues from office, warehouses and construction sites on tasks and appointments – in German and English You organize appointments with service providers and contractors You support your needs by preparing and analyzing system data You care and update master data carefully You collect completed machine work in the system

Your team You work in a playful yard and equipment team, in which organization, technology and cooperation go hand in hand. There are experienced contact persons from the equipment, yard and workshop area.

You have a completed commercial or economic training You ideally bring first professional experience in a commercial or administrative environment with You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) You work structured, carefully and detailed You are a team player with a hands-on and proactive way of working
