Project Manager R&D (m/f/d)

Independent commissioning, planning, control and control of all project-related services and internal and external processes - integration of project team, partners and suppliers Interface between customer and specialist departments, regular internal and external reporting on corporate representation Implementation of Lessons-learned activities, control and release of project budget, margin, mid-flow and milestones ensuring opportunities/risk and claim/waiver management; Support for delivery Analysis of the qualification requirements of employees and proposal of corresponding training measures

Completed technical or commercial university studies, desirable project management certification and secure application of MS Office and ERP systems Long-standing relevant professional experience, professional and disciplinary competence, leadership and coordination of project teams Funded negotiation techniques, reliable English and good basic and technical knowledge in the commercial/technical field and contracting Project representation internally and externally, analytical thinking, high own initiative, responsibilities and team or conflictability Very good communication and customer orientation, intercultural competence and stakeholders:in-communication
