Monitoring, maintenance and optimization of technical installations in bath operation Care and control of bath water treatment plants according to DIN 19643 Analysis of operational and maintenance protocols and derivation of technical measures Coordination, commissioning and monitoring of foreign companies in compliance with all technical regulations and occupational safety regulations Planning, coordination and partial construction management for maintenance and rehabilitation measures Ensuring the functionality of all technical facilities (e.g. heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and safety) Participation in technical tests and regulatory approvals Introduction of repair and emergency measures to ensure operation Cooperation in energy saving and technical optimisation measures

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronic / electrician, plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic or comparable qualification Good knowledge of building and plant engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical engineering) Ideal experience in bath technology or water treatment Knowledge of relevant technical regulations (e.g. DIN, VDE, VOB) are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office applications Self-employed, structured working and sense of responsibility Communication skills in dealing with specialist companies and internal contact persons
