Customer/Supplier Service Internal / External Customers direct contact (m/w/d) with regard to sampling and serial start and release Changes in the current product process and overall support of the projects over the project duration cross-reference management; Processing and testing of warranty claims Implementation and monitoring of quality requirements Cause-finding and action catalogues New developments, changes and optimizations

completed vocational training in a recognised technical training profession; First experience in quality assurance, ideal for plastics First knowledge in the regulation of the automotive industry (IATF / PPAP / VDA) Enforcement, persuasiveness and readiness to travel English language skills Secure appearance, communication strength and team capability Good Microsoft Office knowledge Ideally knowledge in the QS1 program or another CAQ software Ideally knowledge of the application of customer portals (VW / BMW / Ford)
