Overall responsibility for first and second level support with three existing teams (mechatronics, PLC, software) and their further development to a single, powerful support unit Ensuring fast, solution-oriented troubleshooting across all support levels – with consistently high service quality Building, optimizing and controlling efficient support processes based on clearly defined KPIs Use design space: further development of the department, definition of new structures and establishment of modern support standards Strategic expansion of the team including qualification planning, skills development and recruitment Introduction of a 2 layer system, perspective extension to a 3 layer model Development of the central support to a global service unit for our international customers Ensuring professional customer support via hotline, ticket system and remote solutions Continuous process optimization at all relevant interfaces – internally and externally

Funded SPS expertise, ideally complemented by experience in the software environment Multiannual experience in support processes, coupled with pronounced solution orientation Sovereign handling of customers, escalations and complex technical issues Intralogistics experience mandatory detectable leadership experience in heterogeneous teams as well as strength in interface management experience in building, scaling or realignment of business areas – ideally in an international context Safe handling of support tools, ticket systems and the design of efficient process landscapes Very good communication skills in German and English
