Structural engineer specializing in architecture / civil engineering with a focus on planning (m/f/d)

As a civil engineer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning of renovation, modernization and new construction measures in Schleswig-Holstein. You thus support the security of the structural infrastructure of the Federal Government in Schleswig-Holstein. As an object manager (m/w/d), you take over the high-level planning for construction measures of the federal government (e.g. Bundeswehr, Bundes Polizei, Zoll, THW, DWD, KBA and others). You clarify incoming orders and advise clients and users structurally. You are responsible for the coordination of internal services as well as for the assignment and control of external planning offices. You create building and cost documents. You are primarily active in the LPH 1 to 5 HOAI, but can also take over services of the LPH 6 to 9 HOAI as required.

Compulsory requirements You have completed your studies in the field of construction / architecture or civil engineering. Professional experience. You bring profound knowledge in CAD processing. You have experience in planning construction projects. Structure and coordinate your own workflows. You communicate clearly, precisely and understandably in word and writing in German. You go openly and independently to people and can withstand deadline printing. A safe handling of the common computer support systems is of course for you. You bring a class B driving licence as well as the willingness to exercise missions within Schleswig-Holstein. You can obtain a successful security check according to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH.
