Are you investigating and innovative HR projects? You like to work conceptually? Are you looking at both overall entrepreneurial aspects as well as the human factor? Successfully completed studies focusing on personnel, organization management, project management or a comparable qualification Mind. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a management consultancy focusing on project management, organisational development and change management or in a large medium-sized company Good knowledge of project and process management as well as expertise in post-Merger integration Embossed analytical and conceptual skills coupled with moderation skills and empathy German and English knowledge in word and writing Proactive approach, integrating ability and negotiation skills, flexibility and enforcement strength
