Receivables Management Clerk – Lawsuit

We act as a service provider for all subgroups of Stadtwerke Lübeck Group GmbH and in various subgroups we process all receivables from the service interruption process to including insolvency proceedings that can occur. For this purpose, we need experienced employees who work for the client: both in service-oriented, sovereign, self-confidence and responsibly on demand matters. We are pre-processed and processive by developing independent extrajudicial solutions with the client:individually, requesting judicial applications and later ordering the enforcement, in case of disputed procedures, preparing and accompanying the application for external lawyers. We also process insolvency proceedings at all stages. For our receivable management, we are looking for a:n specialist:in receivable management – complaint in parttime (35 hours/week) and temporary employment for two years.

You are a contact person:in the daily business for our customers:inside and in-house, in order to compensate for payment for open claims. You independently process receivables and independently undertake dunning and enforcement procedures. For this, you will communicate in writing and by phone with our customers:inside, lawyers, courts and courts. In the given framework of competence, you enter decisions on payment agreements and monitor payment transactions.

Occupational qualification: Completed training for:legal or industrial clerk:woman or detectable equivalent skills and knowledge Required expertise: knowledge in civil law, civil process law, insolvency law, enforcement law and judicial dunning. Secure handling of MS-Office, IS-U and receivable management software Avviso Professional experience: At least two years of professional experience in receivable management, ideally for an energy and water supply company or in a debt collection service company Management competencies: Representative customer orientation Social competencies: team skills, communication and information skills, cooperation and conflictability
