The department ''Construction: Equipment and Equipment'' at the NVL includes several groups: Deck equipment / Helicopter Agency Foundations Doors / windows, boats, sea supply Your tasks at a glance: With us, you will ensure perfect components of the ship equipment, which you can design, manufacture and integrate into the ship. In this context, you will develop technical concepts for equipment and system components based on customer requirements and applicable rules. Depending on the project, you will perform detailed designs of individual components. All construction and production documents (in 3D) as well as test specifications go through your hands, reliably taking into account interfaces with other systems and, if necessary, coordinating them. In addition, you evaluate external offers, formulate technical request and order specifications, control subcontractors and consistently agree with the classification society. It is clear that you personally participate in acceptances and testing of the responsible modules and document the technical expertise within your responsibility.

Complete studies in ship engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, economic engineering or a comparable course of studies, as an alternative to a further education on the technician Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position in the shipbuilding industry/marital industry and therefore knowledge in the design and integration of individual components up to complete systems and systems - but also dedicated professionals with a pronounced technical approach are welcome Optional: knowledge in the field of marine construction regulations and standards You are able to answer technical questions confidently in German and English Secure handling of MS Office, 3D CAD systems (preferably Siemens NX) and product lifecycle management systems (Siemens Teamcenter) Equipped with good time management, creativity and a healthy portion of curiosity, you will be happy to bring yourself to our team independently and solution-oriented readiness for occasional journeys (approximately 5%) within Germany
