With an organizational talent, reliability and overview, you will ensure that examinations and events at the educational centre run smoothly. In doing so, you perform administrative and organizational tasks, agree with internal and external partners and contribute to the professional and reliable implementation of our processes. In the field of testing: You are organising and attending our Gesellenprüfungs in the training professions Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Spengler as well as furnace and air heaters. You plan and control the audit procedures – from appointments, rooms and tester assignments to on-site supervision. You process registrations, admissions and examination-relevant documents, and you will prepare certificates, notifications and evaluations. You are a contact person for examiners, training companies, examiners, vocational schools, associations and the Chamber of Crafts. You provide audit and training data in the management system and assist in audit-related body and administrative tasks. In the field of event organisation: You organize and accompany events of the educational centre, such as freelance celebrations, welcome days, professional school meetings and committee meetings. You support the planning and implementation of special formats such as competitions, honours and other events in the vicinity of the educational centre.

Completed commercial or administrative vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in administration, preferably in the field of examination, education or in a comparable organizational function Embossed organizational talent Self-employed, careful and reliable operation Team-oriented personality with high service orientation Safe appearance even in sensitive or demanding situations Very good oral and written communication skills Very good knowledge of MS Office and safe handling of digital administration applications Willingness to continue professional training
