• Participation in the examination, maintenance and further development of contractual templates and standard clauses

• Support in contract and conditions management (application, follow-up of contracts)

• Working in the automation of contract processes (workflows for releases, signatures, extensions)

• Participation in the integration of contract data into supply and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

• Support for compliance and risk testing

• compilation and evaluation of reports and key figures on the stock of contracts (e.g. durations, extension rates, SLA fulfillment)

• Current study of law, economic law or comparable with interest in economic matters

• Basic understanding of operational processes and contract law

• Basic knowledge in MS Office

• Careful, structured working and team skills

• Interest in process optimization/digitalization in contract management by automation of workflows and contract maintenance

• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
