Telephone and written consultation of employees and executives of the Allianz companies on personnel topics (in particular occupational retirement, remuneration and travel costs) in German and English Innovative use of generic artificial intelligence (AI) in consultation: As a pioneer in HR, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies and integrate artificial intelligence into our consulting processes. You are part of a team that actively shapes the future of HR Operations and sets new standards Your know-how is also very much in demand in process improvements: the focus here is primarily on customer orientation Coordination with other units within HR Operations@APAS to develop solutions for our customers: Continuous further development of technical and overtime skills

This is what you bring with you as a working student - HR Operations (m/w/d)

You are currently in the Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g. Business Psychology) You are a communication-strong personality, happy to show your own initiative and work independently and conscientiously Your strengths include solution-oriented, structured work and organizational skills - even under time pressure You like dealing with modern digital communication media and channels You have a high customer and service orientation and have a lot of pleasure in working in a great team How to deal with MS-Office programs Very good English and fluent German skills round Your profile from/required part of the requirements, please do not delete/openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as Joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT.
