Foreman Packaging - Team Leader / Production (m/f/d)

You pack products according to clear specifications and equip and service the packaging systems You coordinate the workflows in your team and respond quickly and flexibly to short-term changes You take the preparation and reprocessing of the line as well as the batch change and coordinate the timely use of the required staff You carry out batch documentation and make sure that all packaging activities are properly recorded You test the machine performance, report deviations, raise key figures for plant performance and actively work to minimize plant shutdowns You assign tasks within your team, guide employees and learn new employees to ensure that all team members understand their tasks and perform effectively

You bring professional experience in the field of production, ideally complemented by a technical or scientific background You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) – this is absolutely self-evident for you, as the complete and detailed documentation of our production processes is in your hands and you must surely vote with your team You have a high sense of responsibility and place great emphasis on quality in products and your work You adapt flexibly to changing situations and work independently and reliably without losing sight of teamwork You have good knowledge of the common office programs and can quickly work into new systems Ideally, you have GMP knowledge and willingness to work in the 3-layer system
