Operation Manager (m/f/d)

You are a host and a role model and you will pack yourself up and make sure that guests, employees and yourself spend a great time You motivate all employees, trainees, interns of all operational departments and support with feedback talks You train the employees to expand their expertise You jump “in the man” in the department You introduce new employees in your department and continue to train You plan and control the service and holiday planning of the operational departments You are responsible for the development and compliance of quality and hygiene standards in all operational areas and carry out daily checks You coach the staff to ensure a high service standard and take over complaint management You plan and coordinate the orders You control the invoices for accuracy You are working on designing the budget/Forecast You report directly to the hotel director and represent him in his absence You'll start daily and monthly reports
