IT Application Manager, Public Sector, Stuttgart Location (m/f/d)

You enter and configure IT enterprise applications (including the d.velop documents document management system). With your nine teammates (m/w/d), you shape the digital transformation and support us in developing the applications. As a 2nd level support, you can proactively manage the coordination of technical disorders in the event of a malfunction and advise our users (m/w/d) in the application. You will participate in adjustments in the context of internal customizing to the application. In exciting projects in the area of digitalization, you bring your ideas into action, thereby bringing KVBW's IT one step further every day. As an interface, you are a central contact person to our internal departments as well as within our IT. You support the design and implementation of user training.

Education: You have a completed training (manufacturer (m/w/d) application development or system integration) or a completed study in (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Personality and working methods: You convince by a strong communication skills, like working in the team and staying resilient even in challenging situations. At the same time, you are characterized by a structured, targeted and independent way of working. Knowledge: You have knowledge of the administration and application of enterprise solutions (in particular document management systems such as d.velop documents), brings experience in the support and configuration of IT applications, as well as in general IT infrastructure topics (e.g. client, server, databases), possesses know-how in the technical operation of Windows server applications and has basic programming knowledge.
