Care and advice of managers and employees in a defined area on all topics of the Employee Life Cycle Project work with a focus on personnel development (including feedback, guidance, training) Initiation and implementation of personal business projects and processes using HR guidelines Recruiting support for the care area Monitoring and implementation of organisational changes Cooperation within the People Management team and with other experts Voting with the works council

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable area Knowledge and experience gained in human resources High social competence, safe occurrence and integrity Good communication and cooperation skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
