As a customer service provider*in you coordinate, organize and manage digital labour market services for associated customers to create real perspectives. You address the administrative needs of assigned customers of the employment agencies or Jobcenter and other stakeholders. You ensure quality and demand-oriented documentation You are planning and organising initial education in coordination with the educational planner, because we are important to you. You are responsible for planning and monitoring while implementing training and training.
