Working student in project management to support large-scale projects for communication systems (m/w/d)

• Cooperation in project planning: support in the creation and maintenance of schedules, milestones and action item lists, e.g. in Jira or MS Project

• Communication & Reporting: Participation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as in the preparation of presentations, protocols and reports

• Risk management & quality assurance: support in identifying and tracking project risks and quality assurance measures

• Project controlling: Budget monitoring, forecasting and preparation of key figures for project controlling

• clarification, moderation and joint solution finding of technical questions

• Continuous study of electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or a comparable study direction

• Pleasure of work in the team and self-responsibility

• Secure handling of MS Office standard programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

• First experiences in project management are beneficial

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Jira or VBA desirable

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
