Recruiting: Support our HR team in operational day-to-day business and keep all threads together in the background - from scheduling and coordination of interviews to communication with applicants and specialist areas. Job advertisements: Support when creating and publishing job advertisements. Candidate Management: Keep an overview of ongoing processes, maintain applicant data in the system and oversee administrative tasks in the recruiting day - from applicant communication to the care of our ABC ranking to the preparation of executive briefings. Reporting: Dive into the world of HR data! Support us in the evaluation of recruiting metrics, create reports to optimize our processes.

Studies: You are at least one year in higher education, preferably with a focus on personnel management. Interest: You are very interested in personal economic topics and modern working methods. Working: A structured and independent way of working as well as a high quality awareness for your work results are yours. Mentality: You show a 'hands-on mentality'. Technical skills: A safe handling of the current MS Office applications completes your profile.
