In your role as an advisor to SHK Fachhandwerker (m/w/d) you will accompany our TOP partners in the development and implementation of corporate visions, guides and future-oriented organisational structures Together with entrepreneurs from the SHK sector, you conduct workshops, audits and employee talks and create sustainable impulses for the further development of your companies Its responsibility includes individual consulting and coaching of our competence partners on matters relating to corporate management, employee management, marketing and future security, both on site and digital As a central contact person, TOP partners accompany you through the entire certification process and ensure a successful further development of the partnership Through the independent implementation of workshops, entrepreneur camps and network events, you can promote exchange within our partner network and strengthen long-term relationships In addition, you work closely with the respective regional management, identify and validate new potential partners, continuously develop our consulting and support model and bring valuable impulses for the strategic orientation

Qualification: You have completed studies, preferably in the field of marketing, communication, business management, or comparable training, preferably in the field of crafts, and ideally complete coaching or systemic training Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in consulting, coaching, company development or in a comparable function in the SHK industry with Know-how: You convince with strong consulting and moderation skills, very good communication skills and secure handling of Microsoft Office and agile project management tools Nice to have: Ideally, you have experience in building partner networks, accompanying change processes or working with medium-sized companies and craft businesses Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous Personality: You inspire by a sovereign appearance, a maximum of empathy, persuasiveness and the ability to build trusting relationships on all levels and maintain them in the long term.
