As a HSS manager, you take the lead and strategic development of our area for environmental, health and work protection and ensure that the highest standards and legal requirements are consistently implemented. Take the opportunity to sustainably shape the HSE landscape with us. Your specific tasks: You are responsible for the HSE strategy, develop and implement programs and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards (including ISO 45001) and operational agreements in the field of occupational health and safety. You take over budget responsibility and optimise the HSE processes for excellent service quality. You lead and motivate a team of professionals and executives to achieve the HSE goals. You also pay attention to environmental, health and occupational health and safety and have interfaces with our customers as well as our works councils.

Experience in managing virtual teams and a strong understanding of performance management. Successfully completed training or studies or a comparable qualification in HSE and at least 3 years of professional experience in this context. Found knowledge of occupational safety laws and HSE management systems, ideally with experience in implementing standards and standards. Sovereign dealing with budget responsibility and the ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially. Very good communication skills and experience in dealing with different stakeholders, including works council and management.
