The department for commercial and infrastructural building management in the Office for Building and Building Management manages and manages the service buildings and schools as well as the sports halls. Strategy: You develop a resolution strategy to achieve climate neutrality for the properties of the district of Konstanz. Energy management: You are continuing to expand energy management to the county real estate. This includes the collection of energy data (heat, electricity, water) and monthly controlling. On this basis, you will create an annual energy report for the bodies. You also refer to the economic impact of energy savings.

Projects: You are a member of the energy team and thus involved in the development and implementation of energy optimizations and renovations. You are also responsible for the operation of the PV systems and develop the expansion of new systems (such as battery storage).

Training: You are responsible for raising awareness and training for users.

Qualification: completed engineering studies (B.Eng./Dipl.-Ing.) in energy, supply, environmental or electrical engineering and comparable qualifications.

Professional experience: Knowledge gained in the operation of industrial plants and in control, control and building control technology. Experience in building and operating an energy management (DIN50001). Ideally, first practice in project and network work.

Personal competencies: enforcement, communication skills and self-initiative. Independent, structured and solution-orientated mode of operation.

Mobility: driving licence class B (cars).
