Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of an approximately 20-member team
• In close cooperation with the management, you contribute significantly to further positive business development
• They act as an interface between the strategic and operational business
• Responsibility for optimizing processes and quality assurance
• Responsible management of large projects
• From the invitation to tender, the award and the control of internal and external services, you are responsible for the smooth running
• Communication and project coordination with service providers, authorities and contractors
• Responsible for compliance with legal and regional requirements and regulations
• Project controlling in terms of budgets and cost efficiency

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable study programme
• 5 years of professional experience in construction and/or project management, happy to experience well-founded in all phases of performance
• Experiences in the management of investment projects and well-founded professional experience in construction monitoring
• Multiannual and successful work in operational management in the field of civil engineering
• Good knowledge about costing programs, AVA software, CAD programs and MS Office
