Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) Payroll / Payroll in our headquarters in Poing b. München or in our logistics center in Sulzbach-Rosenberg! You are responsible for the need-oriented support of a defined group of employees along the entire employee lifecycle and ensure fast and reliable processes in our daily business Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire billing of charges, time management and digital personnel You work closely with other HR functions such as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) and ensured a smooth running between the departments You ensure the operational advice and support of employees in all tax and social insurance matters and are contact persons for offices and authorities You work with the relevant employee representatives trustfully and prepare the necessary hearings The current, correct and complete maintenance of the personnel management and time tracking system is one of your regular tasks You work with HR projects for the continuous optimization and digitization of our processes

You fit us if you can bring a completed commercial training and already at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position You bring knowledge of work, tax and SV law, which you can safely apply in practice You are routined in dealing with MS-Office as well as one or more pay billing systems You can easily adjust to different personalities and needs quickly You have a safe occurrence in dealing with employees, executives and employee representatives Trustworthy and reliable cooperation with a strong team capability You work independently, proactively, carefully and structured Their strengths lie in the recognition and handling of work Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous
