The city of Fürth is looking for two Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor of Architecture / Building (w/m/d) in full time, EGr 11 TVöD. The building industry of Fürth (GWF) performs service functions in the construction, sanitation and management of urban and foundation buildings. In total, the GWF manages about 400 municipal buildings, such as schools, daycare centres, museums, administrative and functional buildings.

The project covers the project management of new construction, redevelopment and redevelopment measures for urban buildings in all phases of the HOAI. Successfully completed (special) Higher Education Programme as a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor of Architecture / Building or the training course for the third level of qualification of the scientific and technical field, the technical focus of engineering and environmental management, the field of civil engineering Multiannual relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility safe handling of MS Office standard products Class B driving licence Knowledge of procurement procedures and contract regulations (VgV, VOB, HOAI) and general legal and administrative knowledge are desirable.
