The team - your influence As a Monitoring Consultant (f/m/d), you are responsible for the design, implementation and communication of modern monitoring solutions that meet both technical requirements and clearly show the benefits for stakeholders. You primarily rely on New Relic and create an environment that focuses on performance, scalability and reliability.

Your role - sensual & valuable Development and implementation of modern monitoring solutions focusing on New Relic. Analysis and collection of requirements to develop tailor-made monitoring strategies for our business areas. Show and communicate the advantages of the solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria. Implementation of workshops and training to enable teams to use the monitoring tools. Creating and maintaining documentation and defining best practices for monitoring and observability. Identification and solution of performance problems for optimising systems and applications.

Your profile - authentic & target-oriented Found experience in designing and implementing monitoring solutions (e.g. with New Relic, Dynatrace, UpTrends, Splunk or similar tools). Deep understanding of observability concepts such as metrics, logs and tracing. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably - also to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the configuration of dashboards, alerts and monitoring for cloud-based or hybrid environments. Knowledge in script languages (e.g. Python, Bash) for the automation and integration of monitoring solutions. Embossed analytical skills and enthusiasm for improving system reliability and performance. Excellent communication skills in German and English and readiness to travel within Europe
