Project Engineer Boxer (m/f/d)

As a project engineer (m/w/d), you take over the technical processing of national and international (partial) projects for the BOXER military wheel vehicle and gradually bear responsibility for smaller projects, from the acquisition phase to the customer acceptance, taking into account dates, quality and costs. You can clarify and evaluate complex technical issues in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external companies. In addition, you represent KNDS to customers, consortia partners and subcontractors within your responsible field of activity. The task-related coordination and control of internal and external interfaces, including the subcontractor, is part of your task as well as the very close and coordinated cooperation with the project core team. An essential part of your activity is cooperation in the implementation of the technical subproject objectives and ensuring a contract-compliant project execution. Regular reporting to overriding and relevant bodies completes this area of responsibility. In addition, you will clarify and evaluate technical and proportionally commercial issues together with commercial project staff, specialist departments and external bodies. At all project planning activities, you actively participate and ensure compliance with the applicable corporate standards and policies. In addition, you will support the project management through cooperation and, if necessary, take over their representation.

Projektingenieur (m/w/d) brings you a completed or recognised technical study. You have experience in the technical processing of national and international (partial) projects for the BOXER military wheel vehicle and have ideally already taken on first responsibility for smaller projects, from the acquisition phase to acceptance by the customer, taking into account dates, quality and costs. The ability to clarify and evaluate complex technical issues will help you as well as the willingness to cooperate closely with internal specialist departments and external companies. In addition, you have experience in the representation of KNDS to customers, consortia partners and subcontractors within your respective responsibility. Task-related coordination and control of internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors, is one of your strengths. A very close and coordinated cooperation with a project core team is familiar to you and is actively lived by you. You have already been involved in the implementation of technical subproject objectives and are familiar with ensuring a contract-compliant project execution. Regular reporting to overriding and relevant bodies does not represent a new task for you. In addition, you will bring experience in the clarification and evaluation of technical as well as in part commercial questions that you will process in cooperation with commercial project staff, specialist departments and external bodies. The active participation in project planning activities in compliance with corporate standards and guidelines is of course for you. Your profile is rounded off by your ability to support project management and to take over representation tasks.
