Bid and project controller (m/f/d)

As an offer/project controller (m/w/d), you can independently control holistic projects – from the offer phase to the project implementation to the successful project conclusion. Use tools, methods, forecasts and reviews to control and monitor project development. Your tasks include the independent examination of extensive offers as part of tenders and tender procedures in close coordination with the project management. Here you analyze calculations, business cases and cost-effectiveness assessments taking into account internal requirements. You create meaningful decision templates for management and shareholders, perform project reviews and status discussions and moderate the results using relevant KPI dashboards. In addition, you evaluate project risks, develop appropriate countermeasures and accompany the creation and evaluation of order-related provisions according to HGB and IFRS. The implementation of plan/desire/actual comparisons, forecasts and forecast calculations including sound variance analyses is also part of your responsibility. As a central contact person for the project management, you support business economic issues at the interface of controlling and project management and contribute to a successful project management through sound analyses.

For this position you have a completed university degree (Master or Diploma) with an economic orientation or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in controlling, ideally in producing or technical environments with project share. Knowledge in public price law and tender procedures are expected. Experience in the military or military field is desirable. Technical knowledge in the field of international accounting standards according to IFRS complete your profile. You are characterized by a good technical understanding and a pronounced number affinity. Your work is independent, structured and reliable, and you show high level of readiness, flexibility and enforcement. Finally, you have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing; French knowledge is advantageous.
