The non-profit Evangelical Society for Child, Youth and Family mbH (KJF) is an evangelical institution of 24 daycare centres and 3 day care centres. The KJF has more than 350 employees and supports around 1,500 children from 4 months to school admission.

Full personnel responsibility and implementation of personnel development in the allocated region Ensuring work satisfaction and a pleasant working climate Quality development and implementation in cooperation with the management and staff Advising the facilities for the educational and strategic management of the kitas Process design and control Internal and external communication, cooperation with parents and parents' councils Close cooperation with the parishes and local institutions such as authorities, schools and counselling centres Ensure that child rights are complied with, control of compliance with the requirements of KiBiz and BTHG Further technical and organizational development of Kita and KJF as part of quality management Reporting to the overall management of KJF

Complete study of social education or a comparable qualification, e.g. social workerin, social educationin, childhood educationin, educational scholarin, teacherin with supplementary qualification, medical educationin, medical education Continuing training for the management of daycare facilities and relevant professional experience as the management of daycare facilities Business understanding Experience in handling Word, Excel and Outlook High professional and communicative competence, very good knowledge of German in word and writing Own initiative, enforcing and team capacity, willingness to perform, organisational skills and sense of responsibility Engagement in the further development of pedagogical concepts Class B driving licence and own vehicle (kilometres are of course calculated)
