Junior Production Manager (m/d)

• Support in the organisation, monitoring and development of the production area in close cooperation with the production manager and management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines
• Support in leadership and motivation of employees
• Processing, training and promotion of the production team
• Ensuring efficient use of personnel, raw materials and consumables
• Control and optimization of the performance data of the machines and systems

DEIN PROFIL

• Professional experience: You have already gained experience in production or production – for example as a team manager, shift manager/shift guide, group manager, deputy production manager, lean manager, production planner or head of production/production.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the food industry is a plus, but no need. Ideal is a further education for the food technician or industrial master. We also welcome cross-comers from other industries and get a comprehensive introduction to the food sector.
• Enterprise size: You feel comfortable in a smaller company and appreciate being an important part of the team.
• Requirements: You have good German skills and a class B licence
