We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee (min. 25 hours/week) for our Munich location.

First contact point and business card for clients and guests – personal and telephone Organisation of the reception area including telephone center with varied and diverse tasks Self-support and coordination of the conference and catering sector Contact person:in for internal and external organizational issues around the conference area Organization and accompaniment of events of any type and size

Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Friendly, service-oriented and competent communication Ideal experience in the reception area, in the hotel industry or gastronomy Designed guest and service orientation as well as proactive, team-oriented work Professional appearance, safe handling and sovereign external action Very good self-organization, flexibility and the ability to keep an overview even with increased workflows Very good German and good English skills
