Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of up to 50 employees in the SMD production group (including 3 team leaders, professional leaders) - taking into account quality, costs and delivery dates Ensuring a smooth production process on our SMD lines and continuous optimization of the processes Bringing technical expertise into improvement and investment projects and supporting the project management in realisation. Planning of personnel use, qualification management, further development of employees and organisation of training. Analysis of relevant production characteristics, derivation of measures and close cooperation with quality assurance, logistics and process engineering

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, production technology or technical training (e.g. electronics) with master/technical training First experience in managing employees in a technical or production environment - ideally in electronics production/SMD equipment High enforcing capability, structured working methods and pronounced target and result orientation Technical understanding, quality awareness and interest in economic relations Self-sponsored, responsible way of working and enjoying actively promoting change
